What pages.aditor.ai collects, why, and who is responsible for it.
Draft — awaiting sign-off. This notice states only what we can confirm today. A fuller privacy policy may follow and will replace this page.
When you fill in a form on pages.aditor.ai, we receive:
We use this to contact you about Aditor and to measure the signup for advertising — the same two purposes named on the consent checkbox you tick when you submit.
When you visit the Aditor Suite pages from an ad, a small banner asks whether we may measure our advertising. Nothing below happens until you choose Allow.
If you allow it, we use the Meta Pixel in your browser and Meta's Conversions API from our server to tell Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. that an ad led to a visit, a checkout or a trial. For this we set or read the cookies _fbp and _fbc (90 days) and send Meta your IP address, browser user agent, those cookie values, a one-way hash of the random visitor ID below and, after a checkout, a one-way hash of your email address. Meta may process data in the USA; Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We also keep two first-party cookies on pages.aditor.ai: a random visitor ID and the ad campaign that first brought you here (90 days). They stay with us and are used to count which campaigns work. Your Allow/Decline choice is kept in a cookie for 12 months.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; § 25(1) TDDDG for cookies). You can withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings in the page footer. Withdrawal stops future measurement; it does not affect what happened before.
Subscriptions and trials are processed by Whop Inc. through the checkout embedded on our page. Whop receives the details you enter there, including payment details, which we never see. We receive your name, email address, the plan you chose and its payment status, to give you and your team access and to run the subscription.
Legal basis: performing the contract you enter (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal record-keeping duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw any consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Questions about your data, or a request to access or delete it: alan@aditor.ai. You can also write to VideoAditor OÜ, Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Kesklinna, Harju maakond, Estonia.
